What are credits?
Credits are the standard unit for accessing the core features of our platform. The more valuable or resource-intensive the action, the more credits it will require.

We use credits to help ensure fair usage, maintain system sustainability, and provide premium users with a more efficient service experience.
How do credits work?
  • Initiate search task
    Free!
  • View search results
    Fully matching results are charged at 2 credits per person; partially matching results can be viewed for free.
  • Unlock Email Address
    Unlock contact information: Unlock an email address or phone number, costing 3 credits per item.
  • Send emails to unlocked inboxes via Lessie
    Limited-time free! You must unlock the inbox before using this feature.

How to get more credits?
Upgrade your plan. Each subscription tier includes a monthly credit allowance (excluding bonus credits):
  • Basic Plan
    500 credits / month.
  • Pro Plan
    2000 credits / month.
  • Max Plan
    4500 credits / month.
Will credits expire?
  • Monthly credits refresh every billing cycle (not daily).
  • Unused credits do not roll over to the next month.
Payment & Subscription FAQ
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to "Profile" → click Manage Subscription. After cancellation, your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
Where can I find my invoice?
Invoices are sent to your email after purchase, and can also be downloaded from the Manage Subscription page.
How can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription?
You can click the Upgrade button in the left navigation bar to go to the pricing page and select the desired plan.
What happens if I change my plan mid-cycle?
  • Upgrade
    Takes effect immediately, the billing cycle will refresh, and unused credits from the previous plan will be deducted from the upgrade fee.
  • Downgrade
    Will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Can I change my payment method?
Yes. Go to "Profile > Subscription Management" to update your payment method and billing address.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not support refunds for downgrades or unused credits mid-cycle. For special cases, please contact customer support.
Which currencies are supported?
We process payments via Stripe, supporting most local currencies. Charges will be made in your local currency based on the current exchange rate.
What if my membership is not activated after payment?
First, confirm the payment was successful. If you have been charged, please send your registered account email and a screenshot of your status to [email protected] for assistance.
How can I switch from an annual plan to a monthly plan?
If you accidentally purchased an annual plan, please send your invoice or a screenshot (including order number, receipt number, or payment email) to [email protected]. Our team will process your refund, after which you can purchase a monthly plan.
Can I transfer my plan to another account?
No, subscriptions cannot be transferred between accounts.
